Order Processing & Production
All AtmaMuse products are made to order. After you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Available shipping options and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination and the products in your order.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, fulfillment location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
International Orders
AtmaMuse ships to selected countries and regions. Shipping availability and costs may vary by destination.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. AtmaMuse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If there is a significant change or delay affecting your order, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through our website chat within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and assist you.
